SUMMARY The Senior NIOGEMS Map Technician provides essential technical leadership and GIS expertise to support the Division of Energy and Mineral Development (DEMD) in managing tribal energy and mineral trust assets. This role is responsible for the compilation, input, and editing of GIS data to develop specialized maps for the National Indian Oil and Gas Evaluation and Management System (NIOGEMS), ensuring that map designs meet documented client requirements and that critical databases are accurately maintained.
